About
RL Equine was built from a lifelong passion for horses and a vision to help riders, trainers, horse shows, and equestrian brands share their stories through authentic media.
As a professional rider, assistant trainer at Sorella Farms, and photographer based in Southern California, I have the opportunity to experience the equestrian industry from both sides of the camera every day. That perspective allows me to create photography, video, and content that feels genuine because it's a world I actively live in.
What began as a photography business has grown into an equestrian media company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses strengthen their presence within the horse community. Today, RL Equine provides professional photography, horse show coverage, commercial content creation, and marketing services throughout Southern California.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Sonoma State University, where I also had the opportunity to work with a local therapeutic riding center, assisting with social media, fundraising events, and marketing initiatives. That experience helped shape my passion for combining creative media with strategic marketing.
My journey with horses began when I was four years old after countless trips to the barn with my grandma. Like many equestrians, what started as feeding horses carrots quickly turned into riding lessons, my first pony, and eventually a lifelong career in the horse industry. Today I own Chili, who has been my partner for over a decade, and Jimmy, a large pony that I enjoy producing and marketing.
Because I'm actively involved in the hunter/jumper community every day, I understand the details that matter to riders, trainers, horse show managers, and equestrian brands. Whether I'm documenting a championship round, creating content for a marketing campaign, or photographing the connection between a horse and rider, my goal is always the same: to create authentic media that tells a meaningful story.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about RL Equine. I'd love the opportunity to work together and help bring your vision to life.
